This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all software products developed and provided by Techrise Glow Limited, including but not limited to Halal Pro, Techrise POS, and any other web, mobile, desktop, or client systems (collectively, the “Software”).
Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
License Grant
Techrise Glow Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for your internal business operations and for the purpose for which it was provided.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including source code, design, features, trademarks, logos, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Techrise Glow Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software.
Permitted Use
You may:
- Use the Software for lawful business purposes
- Allow authorized employees or users to access the Software
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Sell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the Software without written consent
- Use the Software for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, and access credentials
- All activities conducted under your account
- Ensuring that all data entered into the Software is accurate, lawful, and properly authorized
Support and Maintenance
Support, updates, hosting, backups, and maintenance services are provided only where covered under a separate written agreement with Techrise Glow Limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techrise Glow Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business.
The Software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Termination
This license may be suspended or terminated if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
